Today is Make It With Scraps Friday here at Auzz Trinklets N Krafts. I apologise for not being around much lately, I have had to pick up a lot of extra shift at work since one of our girls decided to leave with no time to hire someone new and have them trained.

So here I am :-)

Today I have a card using an image from Some Odd Girl, I have coloured her up using Copic Markers. The image is called Butterfly Friend.

Hi Everyone DT Deni Here!

Today is Make It With Scraps Friday here at Auzz Trinklets N Krafts.

Today I have created a card using a stamp from La La Land Crafts called Sugar N Spice Marci.

I have coloured her with Copic Markers and added some Uniball White Signo Pen for the extra details.

I have used leftover Kraft Cardstocks for the matting aswell as Canson Cardstock. Papers are from Graphic 45 Come Away With Me 6x6 Paper Pad.

The Sentiment is from CC Designs Amy R Stamps.

DT Deni - Make it with scraps Friday - You are a scream

Hi Everyone!

Today is Make it with scraps Friday

I have made a card today using a gorgeous monster from AMB illustrations. 

I have used the new scripty sayings stamps from lawn fawn for the sentiment, which has been stamped using memento tuxedo black. 

You will notice I don't really have a go to black ink, I generally just use whichever is on my desk for sentiments. 

When I colour with copic markers I switch between Memento Tuxedo Black and My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink Black Licorice.. They are much the same when it comes to copics. I also use my mft ink when I am doing any water colouring or using my pencils... It is a very versatile ink and can be used with most mediums..

I have printed out the digital file onto Mondi 250gsm card, and coloured it with copics.. I believe this was done with yg21,23 and 25 however this is one of the images from my tub that I had coloured a while ago. 

I have cut the circle using a mft stitched circle die out of Canson cardstock and cut the edge off using my cutterpillar pro. I have used Canson and American crafts cardstock for the matting, the green spy's are leftovers from my stash as is the American crafts cardstock. 

I have added a few bling from kaisercraft and attached everything to a card base from Twiddleybitz.

Make it with scraps Friday - DT Deni A Birthday full of hugs

Make It With Scraps Friday - DT Deni

Hi Everyone,

DT Deni here, today I have a post for Make it with scraps Friday.

For my Card today I have used a stamp from Kenny K called Frankie Knuckles. He was already sitting coloured in my container of images and I pulled him and found this layout that I had saved on my ipad to use later.

The image has been coloured using Copic Markers, I will add this list at a later day once I check my book to see if I had this written down from a while ago when I coloured him up.

For the papers, they are all leftovers from my stash, I believe the silver is a Bella Wedding paper but it seemed to suit the suave look I was going for with this card today. All the blacks are also leftovers, as are all the white papers. So I seemed to fit the category with this one today lol.

The sentiment is from CC Designs Amy R Stamps It's Your Birthday. I have stamped it using My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink - Black Licorice. For the shaped square on the front I have used My Favorite Things Blueprints 14 and for the banner I have used Blueprints 12

Good Morning Everyone :-)

I am here today with my Make it with scraps Friday post for Auzz Trinklets.. as you all know I have not been able to post these every week due to my paid work commitments. Today both of my boys are not at home so I am trying to get some crafty work done.

I coloured up this image yesterday afternoon while we were watching Christmas movies and today I have made a card with it. Hope you all like it :-)

Ive been under the weather and also had a job interview today so its been hectic. Life always seems to get in the way of the fun stuff lol.

Anyway, a friend asked me to make him a Frankenstein Christmas Card.. I was so nervous with this one as I had no idea once the image was coloured what to do with it.

I managed to find some leftovers in my stash so I could combine it with my post for today.

Make It With Scraps Friday - DT Deni with GDT Jess

Hi Everyone, today I have asked my friend, and a customer of Auzz Trinklets to guest DT for us, she jumped at the chance :-) Here is her card and a little run down of what she does.

Hi guys! My name is Jess, I run Jessidee Handmade which can be found on Facebook Here . I was asked to do a guest DT post for this week, so here it is!

Here’s what I started with, I knew I wanted to make a baby card, so I went through a bunch of paper pads and found these three papers, that matched well, they are from American Crafts, and Lawn Fawn –

The next step, was choosing a stamp set, I chose the Lawn Fawn Critters on the Savannah set which I purchased from Auzz Trinklets recently, I used the giraffe and stamped it on to the yellow paper.

I grabbed my Spectrum Noir Markers and coloured the giraffe in leaving some of the checks visible, then fussy cut him out. I stamped my sentiment on the “notebook” paper and attached the giraffe next to it.

For the card design, I used a die to cut the border, and notepaper and layered everything up. I grabbed some white satin ribbon, and tied a bow, I also doodled around my layers (it’s my thing)

DT Deni here for Make It With Scraps Friday.

I have used a Stamp from CC Designs, it is from a Set by Sweet November Stamps called Sweet Princesses which is available from Auzz Trinklets N Krafts.. if it is out of stock send them a message and they can order it in for you.

I have cut the stars on this card using My Favorite Things Star Stax. All papers and ribbon are leftovers from my stash :-)

I can't give you colours on the image as it was from my bucket of stamps, however as always it was coloured using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot here in Australia.

The hearts are punched from a Martha Stewart Punch.

The card base is from Twiddleybitz and the image is stamped on X-Press it Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo Black.

Make It With Scraps Friday - DT Deni

Hi Everyone,

Deni back again :-) today is Friday which means it's make it with scraps day, so I challenge you to make something using scraps only.. or majority scraps I will be happy with.

We don't have any official challenges on at the moment, but if you want to make something and leave a comment with a link we will definitely come and check out what you have made and leave you some love on your blog :-)

Today I have made a pretty quick card as we had my youngest son's athletics carnival yesterday and have just run out of time.. thankfully I already had this image coloured up so it was one less step I needed to worry about.

I have coloured the image up using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot. The stamp is Jolly Santa from Whimsy Stamps, Auzz Trinklets N Krafts may be able to order this for you, it is an older stamp but I don't think it is discontinued. I no longer have this stamp but had a few stamped out in my image box so will be finishing those off and then maybe replacing my stamp.. not sure what happened to it.

I have used papers leftover from other Christmas cards this week, they are from a Kaisercraft paper collection called Santa's List.

The Sentiment is from CC Designs, Amy R Stamps. I will pop the link in when I get a chance for that. I have stamped them in My Favorite Things Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. They have been stamped onto X-Press it Blending Card.

I have adhered everything using X-Press it double sided tape and also a little Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. The ribbon is from my stash. The little mitten's are a Memory Box Die. I have inked up using Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Ink.
