Purple & Pretty

Hello, its Tracey here.......I'm back to share a few cards that I created for the October theme Halloween Colours.

The center of the card features a black frame that I made using moulds from Auzz Trinklets N Kraft and
Wow Melt-it embossing powder. It is so easy to do.....you can custom make embellishments to suit your project. For the frame I mixed the melt-it powder with black embossing powder. Here is a link to a great tutorial from You Tube go HERE
For my next card.......its purple, not Halloween but it features a pretty butterfly......I mixed the melt it powder with purple embossing powder.

I love Donuts

Hi Everyone.......its Tracey Here.

Boys will be Boys is our theme for September. 

I have  a few cards to show you today , using a really cute stamp

 "I love Donuts" and for Sprinkes...." Crystal Drops"

Just for Fun.....A Donut shape card.

Crystal drops come in a huge variety of colours and four different finshes......Matt, Glitter, Pearl and Clear. I have used the Matt on my cards. When the dots dry they have a wonderful high gloss finish, just like enamel dots.....but a lot cheaper!

A quick tip.........the card on the right was my first attempt, I dropped it smudging all the dots! I also found the coloured dots did not seem as vibrant on the dark chocolate layer! So, for the card on the left I added white dots with a gel pen, then added the crystal dots over the top....it worked really well. 

A great idea is to add a clear dot on top of a pearl dot which creates a dot that looks like a gem. 

Stamp a flourish with Versamark....then dot Crystal drops following the design.

I started thinking about my favorite Donut ....... 'Just Plain' with a sprinkle of Cinnamon and Sugar. I've used a shaker mix.....make sure you check out the store to see all the pretty colours.

DT Tracey - Circles and Stars

Hey Everyone....its Tracey here.

Our theme for the month of August is 'Circles and/or Stars.

I have used a stencil and texture paste on the background along with a stamp from 'Gabi's Circle Stitch Stamp Set'

 I've added a few of my favorite things...doilies, lace, flowers, sequins beads and a little machine stitching.

DT Tracey - Christmas In July

Hi Everyone, 

Its Tracey here to share another page layout along the Christmas in July theme.

I have used Tim Holtz 'Merriment' paper collection. The background is splattered with gold colour shine , then I added  lots and lots of Shaker mix 'Cherry Pie'. Go HERE to check out all the pretty colour collections of 'Shaker Mix'.I  actually found this page really hard to photograph, because of all the Sparkle!  Can you see the tiny stars...so so cute!  The paper doilies under the photo are die cut.

DT Tracey - Christmas In July

Hello Everyone, its DT Tracey here,

I'm so excited to share my first project as a new Design Team member for Auzz Trinklets N Krafts. I created a page for 'Christmas in July'

" Christmas in July events are undertaken in order to have Christmas with a winter feel in common with the northern hemisphere. We still  celebrate Christmas on December 25, in  summer, like the rest of the world."

 These photos were taken at Disney Land....We were our way to Canada to enjoy a white Christmas!   Love the gorgeous pots of Poinsettia's , which were every where!

Auzz Trinklets N Kraft have a fabulous collection of stamens for your handmade flowers.......I have mixed a gold and sparkly lemon in the center of my flowers.  Here is a close up of the script  used with Sparkle medium.

Auzz Trinklets N Krafts June-Dec 2016 DT Introduction

Neha  is currently in New Zealand, but on behalf of Neha, Meetu and DT Deni we would like to introduce to you our Design Team for this 6 month period.
