Happy Holidays

On behalf of Neha, Meetu, Deni, Ness and Tracey,

We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and safe holidays. As most of you are aware Neha will be away during the Christmas break, but will be back refreshed for 2017.

We won't have any projects for the next few days, but are looking forward to introducing the new DT in a few days.

On behalf of Myself (Deni), Ness and Tracey we would personally like to thank Neha for all the hours she puts into her fantastic business and for the friendship she has given us. She is always there with open arms as a friend and is always to happy to help when she can. Always tracking down certain items we are looking for and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Once again, a Merry Christmas to you all and safe travels on the roads/in the air or however it may be that you are travelling. We look forward to seeing you in 2017.

DT Deni Christmas

Good Morning Everyone,

Dt Deni here this morning to share a Christmas Card with you all.

For my card today I have gone with more soft tones and more of a traditional look.

I have used a stamp set from My Favorite Things called "Merry Everything". I have stamped the images on Mondi Color Copy using Memento Tuxedo Black and Lawn Fawn Acrylic Blocks. I have used the co-ordinating dies to cut the images out on my Sizzix Big Shot.

I have coloured all the images using Copic Markers, I have added a little wink of stella to them to add some life and sparkle.

Kaisercraft Silver Bells 6.5" paper pad was used for the pattern papers. I used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle to cut one piece of patterned paper and i used the Large square die from MFT Blueprints 8 to cut another.

I have used Tombow Mono Multi to attach my die cuts and my Scotch ATG to attach all the layers to my Twiddleybitz Card base. To finish my card off i have a big red nose to the reindeer using Nuvo Crystal Drops in Red Berry. I have also added snow by using Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss White.

DIY Gift Bags

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Its Tracey here today sharing some DIY Gift bag ideas using "Gabi's stitched circle and square stamp set"

Lets start with a close up

The bags were made from everyday printing paper. I determined the size of the bag, then joined the seam together with washi tape. I used a variety of stamps to created the gingham, circle and word collage tags. The red tags with hearts were die cut. I made the bow using We R memory keepers envelope punch.

I had lots of packaging and bags after doing my christmas shopping last week....before  throwing anything out, I think about what I can
re-purpose. These handles were cut from another bag!

I hope this gives you a few ideas.......don't buy gift bags, have fun with your stamps and DIY

Christmas decorating

Merry Christmas to you!
Its Tracey back with you today , to share decorations I made for my tree.
This is what I started with......metal lids from jars and Tim Holt tiny brush Christmas trees.

Ta da!
Love how these turned out!

I searched Pinterest for "Free" Vintage images. I wanted a scene that the trees could become a part of. How perfect are these! To start..... I used a crop-a-dile to punch two holes in the top of the lid to thread ribbon for hanging!
After glueing the pictures to the lid, I covered the entire lid in glue then rolled them in glitter. I coloured the trees with Heidi Swapp colour shine....they have a real shimmer. White paint for a dusting of snow .....while it was wet I dipped the trees in glitter and added a few pearls. Also I added a few large pearls for snow balls :) A chip board leaf, twine , ribbon and a few bells. The white trim around the edges is a really small tinsel........maybe used for wrapping gifts I think?

Happy Creating

DT Deni - Happy Christmas

Good everyone,

DT Deni here today to share a non traditional colours Christmas card.

Our theme this month is red&green/Christmas, I have decided to make a Christmas card but to challenge myself and use non traditional colours so I have gone with pink and Kraft.

I received all the blueprints I didn't already have in a package from Auzz Trinklets a couple of weeks ago so decided to have a play with those while I was putting them away today. I have used Blueprints 24 to cut my rectangle, banner, stars, circle and the tabs, as well as the sentiment strip. I cut them out using my Sizzix Big Shot.

I have used Color Copy Mondi for my white pieces and also for the stamped images. The patterned papers are from Pebbles Ever After.

I have use Canson, American Krafts and Kaisercraft for all the matting.

The word hello is cut using American Krafts Kraft cardstock. Holidays is stamped using Memento Desert Sand using an acrylic block from Lawn Fawn.

The Reindeer image is from Avery Elle North Pole Pals, it is stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and die cut using the matching dies.

I have added some Nuvo crystal drops in Autumn Red to the stars just to bring a little more red into the card.

I have then attached all the layers to a card base from Twiddleybitz using My Stik Adhesive.. I normally use my ATG but I am out of refills at the moment and need to do an order. I have added wink of Stella clear glitter brush to the nose and the Stars just for that finishing touch.
